Frequently Asked Questions

What is DPS and why does it matter?

DPS stands for "Damage Per Second" - the average damage your character deals every second. Higher DPS means faster dungeon clears, easier boss fights, and more efficient farming.

How accurate is this calculator?

Our calculator uses official game formulas and is updated regularly with the latest balance changes. The calculations are accurate for basic attack DPS. Ability damage and special effects are calculated separately.

What's the best weapon for maximum DPS?

Thunder Axe currently has the highest DPS potential with 180 base damage. However, the "best" weapon depends on your playstyle - check our Weapon Tier List for detailed rankings and recommendations.

How do I increase my DPS?

There are several ways: 1) Upgrade to a higher-tier weapon, 2) Increase your Strength stat through leveling, 3) Equip rings with Melee Damage bonuses, 4) Use crit-focused builds with high Agility, 5) Enchant your gear for additional stats.

Do rings stack with each other?

Yes! You can equip up to 2 rings, and their Melee Damage bonuses stack multiplicatively with your base stats. For example, a +25% and +20% ring together give you 1.25 × 1.20 = 1.5x (50% total bonus).

Can I save my calculations?

Yes! Click the Share button to generate a URL with your current configuration. You can bookmark this URL or share it with friends to show your build.

Does attack speed affect DPS?

Absolutely! Attack speed is multiplied with your base damage to calculate DPS. A weapon with 100 damage and 1.5 attack speed deals 150 DPS before other multipliers.

What's the difference between Strength and Agility?

Strength directly increases your damage output (1% per point). Agility primarily affects your crit rate and dodge chance. For pure DPS, prioritize Strength, but Agility helps with survivability.
